Northeastern Promotions is committed to providing high-quality apparel and promotional products to their customers. If a customer is not satisfied with their purchase, we offer a 15-day return policy for a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, please ensure that the item(s) are returned to us within 15 days from the time you received the item(s). Items must be in their original condition with tags still attached and free of any damage, including rips, tears, stains, and odors, etc. Please be aware that if we receive a damaged item that was damaged or there are sign of use, we will not be able to accept the return.
If a customer needs to initiate a return or exchange, they should contact Northeastern Promotions' customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org. Once the company receives the returned item(s) and confirms that they meet the return policy criteria, they will issue a refund or exchange within 5-7 business days. It's important to keep in mind that Northeastern Promotions reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange if the item(s) do not meet their return policy criteria. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless it was our error in sending the wrong item then we will cover the shipping costs both ways. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
